I'm a new Underground member and don't know where to start? What should I do first? 

Thank you for joining the UG Army. We appreciate all your support. We created a list called the "UG Basics" which spells out specifically the best ways you can support Pillar. Be sure to check back with the UG Basics often as a reminder. Better yet print a copy or two off. 

 What is the HITLIST?

 The HITLIST, being part of the UG Basics, is a short list of the most important and current UG missions. We need your help blasting the HITLIST everyday. It spells out exactly what to do and has the direct links you need to vote and request Pillar.

Why would I want an Official Underground shirt?

 You don't have to own a UG shirt to be a faithful Underground Member. The main reason the band members like you to own a UG shirt is so they can easily recognize you at a show. They love to look out into the crowd and see tons of UG shirts. If the band members happen to be walking around before/after a show and see a UG shirt they always try to stop by and say hi. Sometimes we might need help with something at a show such as passing out promotional stickers. All we have to do is locate someone wearing a UG shirt. 

 What are the benefits of having an official UG membership card?

 You don't have to own a official UG membership card to be a faithful Underground member. But it helps us recognize those who are serious and motivated about helping us. There are many benefits of having a UG card such as- access into certain shows for free, access into UG meet and greets, monthly random drawings for exclusive Pillar stuff, discount on Pillar merch from the pillarmusic.com web store, free gifts, and other things that will come up. We may also call upon UG card holders for special UG mission because we know you are the most dedicated. The membership cards also come with a free shirt you can't get anywhere else.

How can I get an Underground Shirt and/or membership card?

Underground shirts and membership cards are for Underground members only and can only be found on www.ugarmy.com. These items are never sold on pillarmusic.com or at shows. You can pick them up in the GEAR section.

How do I get stickers, CD's or other promo items to pass out?

We will organize promotion teams around things like major CD releases and major tours. Watch for communication via the Underground Update for info on how you can become a part of the promotion squad for these efforts. Promotion squads are not permanent teams, they are organized for each individual promotion effort.  In the mean time please use all the online tools we created especially for you in the TOOLS section.

Pillar is coming to my area, how can I help out?

The biggest thing you can do to help out with a show coming to your area is to get the word out. Tell everybody you know that Pillar is coming to your area. We have some posters that you can print and fill out with all the concert info in the TOOLS section.

Pillar is coming to my area, can I get on the guest list?

If you are an Underground Army Membership Card holder send an email to ugkarri@gmail.com with the date, city, and state of the show in question. If we have availability on the guest list for that show we will try to get you in. Some shows we may not be able to give out free passes.

I changed my email address, how can I be sure I still get the UG Updates?

You can update your email address by clicking on the link at the bottom of the UG Update. Click on "update your profile" and change your email address. If you don't have an update in your mailbox or if you can't click on the link, simply fill out the ENLIST form (located on the ugarmy.com intro page) again with your new email address.
