Posted 6/23/08 by webmaster Big news! We just found out "Smiling Down" has made it to the Top 5 on the CHR chart! It was the biggest spin-gainer in the Top 10! Reckless Youth has jumped up to #3 on the Rock chart is only 15 spins from making it to the #1 spot. Thank you guys for the support. We just heard that our Rock single Reckless Youth has jumped up to #10 from #12 on the charts. And our CHR single Smiling Down as jumped to #14 from #16. We are slowly making our way up. Please call in and email your local Christian radio station and request Reckless Youth or Smiling Down. We appreciate your 10 years of support! -Pillar

Posted 12/21/07 by pillar Underground! Sorry we are a bit behind on officially revealing this to you. We had a bit of a power outage here in Tulsa, OK where we live. The largest in Oklahoma history actually. We are all safe and have power back though some people in Tulsa have been without for almost 2 weeks now. Please keep those people in prayer. But as some of you already found out (yes, I visit the UG boards) here is the official album cover for "For the Love of the Game". Yes, its pretty rad and its dedicated to you all- The Underground!. The band received the nod in the category of Best Rock or Rap Gospel Album for The Reckoning, at a press conference held at the Music Box in Hollywood. The nominations were announced by The Recording Academy. Pillar front man Rob Beckley, who is currently in Germany preparing to take the stage for a concert, shares, “Musically speaking, it doesn’t get any higher than this. The only way to top what has happened today, would be to win this GRAMMY Award. After all of our years on the road and in the studio, there are few words to fully capture our feeling during this moment. We totally love what we are privileged to do; and that’s play rock and roll for a living, and be a part of seeing people’s lives changed in the process.”

Posted 7/27/07 by pillar What's up Underground Army! We haven't forgotten about you. It has been a while though. Since we all had babies last year we've been spending lots of time with our families and WORKING ON THE NEW PILLAR ALBUM. If you haven't heard, yes, we are in the studio right now working on our 5th full length album. The arrangements and drums are already tracked. Noah is up in Knoxville, TN right now recording guitars. I go up at the end of the month to start on bass. The new album is going to be called "For The Love Of The Game". The word is that it will be releasing possibly in February. These new songs are very energetic. Rob has been watching lots of UFC fighting while writing this record. So now it is time to put the coals on the fire. Start the engine back up. Its time to awake the sleeping dragon we call The Underground Army. Get ready for action. Rob just filmed a special message for you guys- check it out. We appreciate all your encouragement and support through the years. There is a lot about to go down.
