Hello Underground. Hope each of you have been enjoying For The Love of The Game. I have to admit that this is my all time favorite release by Pillar. We have some great news that we want to share with you so here we go! Hey what's up guys, this is Kalel. We are still out on the "For The Love Of The Game Tour" and its going awesome. Its been really great meeting you guys at the UG meet and greets. We even snuck a few UG members into a show the other day because it was sold out. We've been hearing tons of positive response from you all about the new album and this tour. This has truly been some of the best times we've had out on the road. I hope it shows during our shows. Thank you all so much for the support and prayers. If you like the new album "For The Love Of The Game" go tell people about it. Movements are started because of the passion from people like you. Share the passion. Love you all. -Kalel and Pillar Smiling Down - has been released and is on the CHR chart . This is great news for Pillar. With this release they are being played in more Christian markets and that means that more people ill have the opportunity to hear our guys. Please call and request Smiling Down on the following stations. We need to really concentrate on requesting from these stations:
Reckless Youth- has been released to Christian Rock. It has debuted with the most adds- which basically means a lot of stations picked it up right away. If you have a Christian rock station in your area please call in and request. Fall Tour - This fall Pillar will be touring with non-other than Kutless and Thousand Foot Krutch. Check out www.creationfesttour.com. We hope that all of you can make it to a show. Spirit West Coast - Pillar will be at Spirit West Coast Festival on May 23 in Del Mar, CA. If you would be willing to help sell Pillar merchandise from 12 pm to 7 pm. Pillar will get you and a friend into Spirit West Coast free. When Pillar plays you would be able to see them. After 7 pm you and your friend can hang out with Pillar and watch the rest of the shows. You would need to be at the festival grounds at 11 am to get instructions and help set up the merch. Hey what’s up Rockaholics? It’s definitely been a while, but I thought and prayed for this ministry more than you can imagine. So here we are again, and now, we are here to stay! I hope you have your armor on, cause it’s time to break some bones! As you warriors already know, Pillar is releasing “For the Love of the Game” on 2/26/08. It will truly be a day of justice, as this album will prove to be a new kind of rebirth for all of us. Ya know why? I was looking through the Best Buy catalog today and came across the music section. The hot sellers were either bands I haven’t heard yet or bands who vomit the most obscene messages that poison our society every single day. Needless to say, all I saw was satanic garbage, and it’s not right to sit down and do nothing about it. Since when has Radio Recon been known to be silent? The noise we caused for the last 3 years has helped Pillar reach # 1 an unbelievable number of times, crushing records, and most of all, crushing demons! Fortunately, for the last couple months, “For the Love of the Game” has been heating up the radio waves and has now hit # 1! It’s our mission to keep it there for as long as possible. It’s really for the love of ministering and changing peoples’ lives for the good. Pillar loves God and exists to serve Him. Radio Recon exists to help Pillar gain more exposure so that more people will be touched by their messages and embrace Jesus. I guarantee you that because of Pillar’s ministry, more people have turned away from their evil ways and asked Jesus to break their chains and give them new life! Jesus is our hope! We are all like the Sheep in Luke 15, and sometimes, we lose our way. Hasn’t Jesus rescued us each and every single time and forgiven us of our failures? Haven’t we been given mercy and become cleansed from all our sins? In the same way, God has given us the responsibility to reach others who are lost and need Him in their lives. The world will not admit it, but many lost people are reaching out for something they haven’t felt before. You can see their hands everywhere. In Matthew 12, Jesus saw this and healed the man with a shriveled hand, which is symbolic of all believers being restored with a purpose and meaning in life. Therefore, what they haven’t felt before is the One who will empower them and love them unconditionally! Hey Underground! Got some quick info for you.... Shoutfest Meet & Greets - The meet & greets will start around 5:00 pm. You will need to meet at Pillar's merchandise table. Pillar will have someone meet UGArmy members and take them to where the meet & greet is. Do not be late to this! Rob wants to talk to UGArmy members about For The Love of The Game. And this is your chance to hear a sneak peek of the CD - a little of each of the songs! For The Love Of The Game - The cd will be completed tomorrow! The CD will be released Febuary 26, 2007. We should have the first single released in late October or early November. Right now I don't know what the first single will be but I will let you know soon! Underground Army Boards - The boards are back! Please join us on the new UGArmy Boards!
